PLANTING DESIGN
We use specimen trees and shrubs, groups of plants and pots to provide seasonal focal points in the garden.
Plants are a great way to give your outdoor space interest all year round, or provide screening for a particular part of the garden.
They can set the tone and atmosphere in a space, and can really tie a scheme together.

Here are a few examples of gardens that we have designed where the plants really stole the show.....
- Having designed a set of large terraces for our clients to access their back garden, we used plants to soften all of the retaining walls, giving them a riot of colour to look out onto from their house, whatever the season!
- A project in Newmarket required lots of softening of the edges, to help blend the old with the new. Lighting, sculptural pieces and wall panels all helped to bring features to this new garden which gave year-round interest and froth to the hard landscaped edges.
- Our client on the Isle of Wight wanted lots of colour close to the house, so we designed large borders to hug her new patio, giving her lots of evergreen structure and seasonal wows to draw her outside
